Notre série Double Neipa fait briller les différents cultivars, le meilleur de leurs arômes et de leurs saveurs. La texture crémeuse de ces bières camoufle bien leur taux d’alcool plus élevé, c’est donc à boire avec modération. Au fil du temps, de nouvelles versions aux différents houblons feront leur apparition.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a white cap that stays a while, and leaves lacing spots. Quite an interesting nose with lots of fruitiness, and not just your typical citrus. It has notes of pink grapefruits, peaches, grapes and even hints of bubble gum, cherries. All nicely balanced with a touch of grassiness. Again, good tropical-stone fruit flavours with citrus zest and the tad bubble gum. A juicy mouthfeel with just a good, slow building dryness that does not go extreme. A very unique hop this Emerald Spire, making this Double NEIPA quite an interesting and pleasant experience.
