Bottle @ Cafe Albert. Pours pitch black no head. Aroma of roast malt, caramel, chocolate, maple, bourbon. Flavor is very sweet, rich malty, caramel, maple, light vanilla, bourbon. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. Smooth. 081125

Aroma: Dark fruits with oak.
Flavour: Fruity sweet with notes of plums and prunes. Aftertaste is sweet. Mouthfeel is warm and very oily.
Colour: Black with a fading head.

Bottle @ Café Albert. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, heavy vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily, soft and smooth. 081125

Tap at Peders Brewskival Warmup event 21/08/2025 - Dark sweet malty with thick opulent chocolate, some nice sticky maple sweetness, full bodied with a lovely smooth mouthfeel, vanilla accented malty close. Lovely.
