Celebrating 25 years of Simcoe: the hop that helped define a generation of ipas. Brewed in collaboration with Sureshot and Yakima Chief, this hazy pale bursts with apricot, berry, and passionfruit character. Juicy and smooth, it’s a vibrant showcase of bold hops and fruity flair easy-drinking with a punch of tropical charm. A sunshine sipper with a seriously flavour-packed finish.

There is a group of native Americans who are called the Hopi Tribe. This one is hoppy, light tasting tropical fruit, lovely pale ale texture with mild dough notes involved.
