Just in time for the dog days of Summer, our brand-new Italian Pils, Cold Cuts (5.3% ABV), is here to cool things right down.
Insanely dry and crisp, this dry-hopped pilsner utilizes US-grown Contessa hops for a lemongrass and green tea florality. You can't dig these Cold Cuts out of the fridge at 1am, this Italian Pils is a draft-exclusive. Get it before it's gone!

Brewery draught, 8/23/25.
Clear, blonde-to-bronze. Small, white head, good retention.
Bright, soft nose with a hint of salinity, big herbs, big fresh pepper and snappy but rich malts. Mineral and more hop lingering.
Bright, hoppy, with fresh, juicy herbs and pepper backed by deep Pils malt that dries out deliciously on the crisp, heavily mineralesque finish. Very hoppy, dry, bitter but all kept in check by DLPs incredible, malty texture.
