Murky raspberry-blood orange. Head instantly vanishes.
Nothing punchy with real fruit puree, it seems. Gentle fruit acidity instead of lactic acidity. Good depth with a soft wheat-like character and gentle salinity.
Cracker, biscuit, wheat, that sort of thing. Juicy fruit with a bit of saccharine/smartees/powdered sugar. Citrusy and with gentle raspberry juice and low all-around acidity. A fine kettle sour.
