Stealth mode engaged.
This is no ordinary mission. Cloaked in darkness, Stealth Mode is a hop-forward Black IPA engineered for precision and impact.
It may look like a stout, but beneath the radar-black pour lies a high-calibre payload of Simcoe Cryo, Motueka, and Krush hops—launching a sensory strike of grapefruit, passionfruit, mango, lime, berries, and resin.
A lean malt backbone keeps it crisp, dry, and bitter, with just enough smoothness to stay off radar and on target.

That's a pretty creepy description - as if the bombing plane were ribbed for my pleasure. Anyway. Can. Dark brown with a 2cm beige head that lasts OK. Aroma of grapefruit, nectarines, crackers, some tropical fruit, some not obviously welcome herbal notes. Dryish with lean bready notes, stone fruit, some grapefruit. A little pine at the fairly bitter finish. Good.
