IPA brewed with Rabbit Hill pilsner malt and hopped with healthy amounts of Mosaic, and Simcoe dynaboost, and Crosby Farm’s estate grown Centennial in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Crosby’s “deep cut” Cascade. Classic clean bitterness and bright citrus peel, with dank and floral undertones.

Draft at brewery. Crisp malty aroma hints at dank citrus and grapefruit sections. Flavor is all citrusy, from pith to peel to fruit. Peppery hops on backend. Dry, bitter finish.

Draft at Chickie's & Pete's, Egg Harbor, 8/25/25. Mostly clear gold, white head. Resiny, pine, grapefruit. Rather flavorful. Nicely bitter. Quite good.
