Willamette hops give the malt forward ale a herbaceous character with subtle spice & pepper notes. The Pilsner malt adapts well to give it a lager style feel. Crystal malt used well in enhancing the golden colour & flavour.

5is pale ale poured a deep reddish colour with a creamy, very light tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, dough, nuts and must. First swig was delicious. Malty flavours with a decent hop bitterness forward but not overpowering. Finish is delicious malt with musty overtones on top of medium bitterness.
