Una ricetta che racchiude tutto ciò che abbiamo imparato in questo 2021 per preparaci al nuovo anno. Chissà come sarà il 2022!?
La luppolatura è massiccia. Ad un’abbondante utilizzo del luppolo americano Citra abbiamo affiancato i neozelandesi Nelson Sauvin e Motueka. Il citrico e l’agrumato si fondono a note di lime e Savignon Blanc. Morbida, avvolgente e “dolcemente” amara.

This can is coming from Amstein, a right and nice option, yesterday, at home, coming back from Paris. This ipa from the big ipa family is subtle, well balanced, malty, smooth, probably that you have some citra and mosaic, peachy, a bit soily, citrus, 20.03.23, at Epalinges.
