A full-circle flavour experience. Our head brewer Eli joined Blume’s head roaster Angus to hand-select and roast a micro-lot of Red Bourbon coffee beans for this brew. The result is a bright, fruit-forward coffee expression, layered into a velvety, malt-rich stout base. Refined and complex, our Tasty Iced Coffee Stout is a meeting of two crafts.

Can. Very dark brown, 2cm light tan head that doesn't last all that well. Lots of freshly roasted coffee in the aroma, some biscuit, citrus. I don't sweeten iced coffee (milk adds enough sweetness) and this is not too sweet for me. The coffee is less dominant in the taste and is punchy but quite fruity with citrus notes coming to the fore towards the moderately bitter end. Subtle and harmonious.
