440ml can. Cloudy brown with a small beige head. Aroma of very tangy fruit esters, overripe bruised bananas. Taste is sweet and very tangy, overripe banana, brown bread, dried fruits, herbs, cloves. Medium bodied, very lightly carbonated. Ok, but not a good interpretation of the style for me. Ridiculously tangy.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep brown and cloudy. Beige to tan head.
Nose - brown bread and burnt toffee. No banana and spice though.
Taste - chewy toffee, malt loaf, only the vaguest edge of banana or spice, had to look for it.
Palate - medium bodied, chewy middle and dry, malty finish.
Overall - I don't think this one is on style, but it's a good beer.
