Draft at PreFunk. Dubbel? Quad? Both? Wouldn’t go with the sour style. Dark brown, muddy pour, thick carpet of beige head. Sweet aroma, pit fruit, raisins, molasses. Taste too, sweet, candy sugar. Pretty thick.

Draught at EBF, 2/3/17.
Clear, dark mahogany with deep burgundy tints and a small, dark beige head with moderate retention.
Lots of nuttiness I suppose indicates the sherry, though it’s hard to differentiate it from just specialty malt. Light acetic and lactic fruitiness from the acidity and bits of funk, chocolate and light vanilla on the finish. Tons of cherry, chocolate, dry caramel and bread lingering with no alcohol or flaw.
Dry in the mouth, and for that I’m thankful, with very light tartness, lots of cherry character and a good deal of nutty, bready malt and Sherry, if you use some imagination. Rather "hard" texture is slick, with low carbonation and light malt sweetness. No alcohol noted, which is impressive for its size.

On Tap hazy dark brown with a lasting tan head. Sweet malty toasted malt aromas and flavors. Interesting funky flavors. Some strange fumey papery character as well. Strange. Dont get much sourness.
