Now called SOS Hefeweizen Draft at Brewpub. Nose is light bananas, yeast, and a pasty wheat note. Murky yellow with a medium yellow tinged head. Flavor is whole grained bread, a hint of bitterness, and bananas.

On tap. Pours with a long lasting, white head covering a slightly hazy yellow body. Aroma of vinegar and vanilla. Taste is vinegar with light banana and some cereals. Lightly fizzy.
