This pilsner features Lubelski hops and is our homage to the great little known history of the Lipka Tatars, Poland’s ethnic muslim minority.

16oz can - part of beer club selection. real solid "Polish" style pilsner. Easy drinker, lovely

An appropriate glass, since Moor's Brewing won this year's Brewing the American Dream dream with Sam Adams. The pour is a very slightly hazy gold color, with a white puffy head that settles down quickly, leaving a little lace around the edge. The nose does have some of that slightly peppery hop note, that I think I can recognize as a Polish hop. Light pilsner taste, with those property hops kind of taking the place of bitterness. Some perfumey or flowery taste, that can sometimes come from a fresh pilsner. Besides grilling today, I've also been mowing the lawn, so this is a fine lawn mower beer to finish up with. With just enough difference to make it interesting.
