Sample at September THT No head or carbonation. Clear golden pour. Very easy drinking despite the high abv. Well done.

375 ml shared by Adamchandler. Aroma is highly concentrated press apples, honey and light sugar.

The flavor is delightful; Apple skins, over ripe pears, honey like notes and does NOT end with sugar. Sweet fruit and honey. The 10 % is totally hidden, great sipper.

Golden yellow. Gorgeous pour! Very Sweet, almost joyous aroma. So much pear. Very sweet of course. It’s intense and the flavor lasts forever! It’s really incredible. I get peach, nectarine, citrus. Really wonderful.

Bottle - Cooked green apple. Clear gold. Nice green apple, light cooked notes and a touch of acidity and a nice finish. Sweet and nice.

Sample in front of Marche Bonsecours in the Old Port. Union libre cidre 11% light gold color it is a soft wine like apple cider.
