Believed to be the oldest fermented beverage in history this light white captures the essence of floral honey a hint of sweetness and dry nut-like finish. Serve with poached salmon, trout, smoked trout and brie. Chill lightly. A great summer favorite with Maine Lobster.

Bottle from porterhouse; Thanks Kevin!!! Nose sm4ells like a muscato desert wine, not sweet but yeasty and fruity! Translucent pale yellow with a coating of ultra fine bubbles on the sides of the glass; flavor is dry and semi-sweetwith honey and white grape notes; finish has a tiny bit of alcohol warmth. Could have almost passed as a cross between a chardonnay wine and a junmai sake. Wish this bottle had been the 375ml and the Bartlett Sweet was the 750ml!
