Treated to a long cool ferment in steel and left unfiltered, Pippin's glory is a co-ferment of the Nova Scotian, pippin heirloom apple duo, Cox's orange and ribston pippin. Two months of aging help draw out the bright flavours of peach, tangering and lemon zest. Tropical notes greet the end pallet, yielding to a clean, dry and refreshing finish.

Slight haze, has an apple juice aroma. On the palate, some juiciness, it's fine. You drink it, it's cider. I'm not getting much unique character or anything but it's fine.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose has a ton of pungent green apple core, maybe some light tannins. Flavour is dry and acidic, with plenty of apple core and some crisp apple skins. Pretty timid other than the acidity. Not much character. Meh.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Chill hazed blonde with very minimal white head. Okay apple core, taste is a touch muted, the aging doesn't seem to add much. Average.

375mL bottle. Pours murky blonde. Nothing on the nose. Flavour has light tart apples, some zest. This is just a big nothing, very disappointing.
