Hopped entirely with superdelic from start to finish, packing out the whirpool and throwing the surplus of our 60Kg allotment into 2 healthy dry-hopping doses. Superdelic is a new hop to us so we were keen to see what we were playing with, like a supercharged Nelson Sauvin laced with lashings of Ripe Mango, Cantaloup & Pineapple.

Malt: Heidelberg Pils, Wheat Malt, Flaked Oats, Carapils, Chit Malt
Whirlpool Hops: Superdelic
Dry Hop: Superdelic

Can at Mum and Dads, from Craft Central.ie, 16/11/2025.
Murky orange topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is pineapple, grass, papaya, soft malts, light breads,
Taste comprises papaya, mandarin, ripe melon, pine resin, soft malts, light breads.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness.
Tidy enough DIPA but 3 Whiplash on the spin that haven't been up to their usual standards. To be fair this one is on par.

From the recent Whiplash TTO - bright vibrant fruity notes of pineapple, melon, pomelo and tangerine citrusy action coming in, really nice and juicy, substantial soft sweet creamy malty mouthfeel and body, assertive balanced bitter hoppy into the close. Top drawer.
