Can @ garden party, Silkeborg. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 230526

hazy yellow, smooth creamy white to extremely light yellow head.
flowery citrus fruity and hop-herbal hops. not very citrussy, grapefruit and pine like notes, aroma is pretty close to a really good west coast ipa.
flavor has grapefruit, pine, faint sweet oranges or orange jam so bitter and sweet. malts are also sweetish with notes leading to caramel and butter. Overall the beer tastes very well, but it's not very quenching or easy drinking due to the lack of crispness and dryness. sort of like the IPA intrepretation of dessert wine, compared to white wine. Weakest of the VHS series so far, but still a pretty good one.

Punchy fruity on the nose upon open and taste follows with a cross section of tropical and citrus fruit, some pineapple and grapefruit, papaya and melon, nice n juicy, some grass and pine, sweet malty backbone, solid hoppy close. Better than expected.

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque grayish yellow with a lacing, white head. Intensely tropical and citrusy aromas. Solid body, sweet tropical fruitiness, yeast and minerals. Subdued bitterness. Have to admit that this is good stuff. 040825
