Imperial stout aged in a Caol Ila Scotch whisky cask, Isle of Islay. This island is famous for its smoked peaty whiskies.
The aromatics are delicate and smoky, with notes of iodine, seaweed and prunes. The base is smooth, balanced, rounded and slightly sweet.

Can 375ml @ gunnfryd. Pours black with no head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, smoked, oak, chocolate and tartness. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a long roasted, chocolate, smoked and tart finish, Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
