Bottle courtesy of Kostas Kykao brewery and consumed at Campeggio Vela Postrana, Lumbarda, Korcula Island, Croatia Sunday 31st August 2025. We had Sausage, Kale and Gnocchi bake tonight. Pours pitch black, the slim head was soon sucked into the inky depths. Bitter, roasty but with maple syrup touches and of course the bourbon is really leaving a mark. Warming, rich, lots of bitter and roastiness, chocolate, it's sticky but it's not sweet. Lovely stuff.
