Bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Slight hazy dark brown and beige head. Lots of spices, cloves, cinnamon, cola, caramel, light grass and minerals. Quite sweet and just medium bitter. Over medium bodied.

Bottle sampled at Gouda Winterbier Festival ’17. Cloudy brown with a tan head. Aroma of herbs, malt, caramel and overripe dark fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
