Sampled from the tap at Carmine Street Beers. Pours a clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has straw and light hay with a touch of earthy grain and light bread backing. Flavor has light grass and dank hay with growing straw and a bit of bread in the finish.

Nice Kölsch, balancing a gentle grainy sweetness laced with hints of citrus and straw, followed by a firm, spicy floral Saaz bitterness. Solid pint.
