Sample at the Hoppin’ Frog Tasting Room during the "Hoppin' Frog Tasting Room 12th Anniversary" on 06/21/2025. Pitch black pour with a medium thick tan head that recedes gradually to a film. Patches of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of bourbon, malt, maple and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, chocolate malt, sweet maple and vanilla coffee. The finish is sweet with a bourbon and maple aftertaste. Good beer all around.
