West Coast pale. This is Disco King reimagined as a proper Westy. The usual Disco King dry hop bill, shifted in favour of Chinook and Simcoe. A no frills remix of the classic.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 2nd September 2025. Hazy amber with shallow disappearing foam and spot lacing. Grassy hoppiness in aroma. Citrus tangerine peel in-mouth with a good malt. Sweet and tangy fruits then dominate the finish while a malt undertone remains. Smooth mouthfeel and a medium body.

Decent, but not enough of the piney, hop bitterness for me.
