Opaque, Cloudy Haze, Deep Amber Color, Huge Dense Thick White Foam Head, Creamy Fluff Top, Long Lasting Retention, Thick Creamy Rings of Lacing. Lemongrass, Wild Yeast, Light Hints of Brett Aroma. Wet, Juicy, Lemongrass, Wild Yeast Funk, Slightly Sour Tart Brett Notes, Light Dusty Hops Bitter. Same in Aftertaste: Juicy, Wet, Lemongrass, Wild Yeast, Light Hints of Brett, Dusty Hop Bitter. Bright and Easy Going. Just Right Level of Brettanomyces for My Liking. Good. Enjoyed It... Recommended...
