750ml bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear pale greenish gold with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is zingy, slightly tart, earthy, woody, leather, nuttiness, mud, green fruits, poached apple, melon and a touch of playdough. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, touch of bitterness, woody tannin, sour, puckering, quite juicy, lemon-lime, crunchy apple, apple skin, gooseberry, white grape, must, muted funk and touch of leather with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and light, spritzy carbonation. Quite different from the 2022 single orchard. Nice depth of flavour and classy character, but I think the 2022 pips it.
