Maibock
This traditional German style Maibock is brewed in small batches in our Providence brewery. Vienna and Munich malts give this beer a wonderful malt complexity which is balanced by German Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops. We brew our Bock in Mid Winter to ensure an extended lagering period and carbonate it naturally in accordance with German tradition. The result is an amazingly crisp, clear and smooth lager.

Clear, very carbonated, deep golden-bronze. Small, white head at cover.
Clean and malty with honey and light vanilla. Spicy herb, almost dill-like, on the end, with pepper and rich acidity mixing with more honey-like malt.
Malty with excellent backing acidity. Big pepper spiciness from hop, with a bit of melanoidin-like character from the malt. Lingering honey and rich pepper. Touch of vanilla. Very malty but with appropriate attenuation.
