Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a fizzy, quickly dissipating white head. Ehhh.....quite distinct Brett aroma. Medium body, an initial malty sweetness then omes the Brettanomyces, plenty of fizz and then a dry finish. Clearly infected. 261125

Thanks omhper! Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, sweet malts and some mild biscuity tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy and some mild floral tones to it. A bit tartish strange elements to it as well.

Decent and refreshing pilsner.
Although I think it has an infection
Anyway it made it bit pleasant
Moderate sweet and a fine carbonation level.
Malty, citric - ish and herbal

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, rich lively head. Tart, yeasty nose. Mid sweet with evident yeasty tartness. Light bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Sourdough, lemon and grass, Mid bitter finish. Off.
