You didn’t think we’d let our Third Anniversary go by without a special beer, did you??? 🎉
Get ready for BOCK PARTY, our barrel-aged bock! This beaut was aged for two years in Heaven Hill 15 Year Bourbon barrels, and boy does it show! It pops with those delicious bourbony notes of toffee and oaky vanilla, plus notes of dates and raisin. It’s packed with flavor and at 7% abv, it’s dangerously drinkable.
Bock Party goes on tap this Saturday, and it’s a super small batch so join us for a pour before it’s gone!

Brewery draught, 9/9/25.
Clear, dark amber with minimal head.
Lovely oakiness in the nose with cherry skin and black pepper. Very sniffable and unique without the usual bourbon sweetness. But no booze or heavy tannin.
Juicy almost with sweet malt and rich whiskey. Oak, pepper, antique wood and light cherry-cranberry. Soft and malty but not too sweet. Tons of dried Montmorency cherry. Impressive that the oak and/or bourbon isn't too acidic or drying. Lingering salted caramel, vanilla, oak and cherry with soft, round bourbon.
