Aged for 18 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and then Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 14 months. Chocolate, caramel, dark fruit and a touch of graham cracker from the Old Ale melds deliciously with the sweet marshmallow vibes of the vanilla.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a mahogany brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma dark grains and barrel with a good amount of bourbon and vanilla supporting. Flavor has a great combination of dark grains, chocolate and bourbon with growing vanilla and a hint of dark fruit underlying.
