A collaboration with Allegheny Mountain Malt using 100% Pennsylvania grown barley, this was malted by local producer CnC Malts. We used Pale and Vienna as a base, fermented it clean and crisp to show
off the unique crackery notes derived from the local terroir. Adding in a new hop , NewZilla, for a bright
tropical flourish along with hints of peach and apricot to round it out. The finished product is an easy drinking and delicately hopped blonde to enjoy by the river or wherever your travels may take you. Cheers!

16 oz. Flavor of wheat, malt, yeast. Super soft mouthfeel. Super soft mouthfeel. For a blonde ale, solid.
