For the 6th version of our Big Boys series, we dove into our barrel rooms!
We emptied two barrels of imperial stout aged in whiskey barrels!
Afterwards, we conditioned this Whiskey Barrel Aged Stout with coffee, vanilla, and cacao.
Our take on Irish Mocha Coffee, just like our all-time favourite coffee: a bit boozy and a little sweet!

On tap. Pours black with no head. Aromas of chocolate syrup, vanilla, a bit of coconut, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of icing sugar, very sweet coffee, vanilla, thin chocolate and oily roasted malts. A bit too much sweet coffee and only slight barrel effects…
