On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma is full of leathery funky, some roast, and a touch of balsamic. Flavour is dominated by aggressive brett, leather, moderate funk, and a touch of earthy roast. For a style I usually don’t love, this is done very well.

Tart, vinous, dark malts, light cherry. Decent but typical dark sour. Even Russian River won't get me to like dark sours.

Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Tart and dark fruit aroma with light spice. Sour and light chocolate flavor with dark fruit and red wine. Medium bodied. Sour and light acetic notes linger with red wine and chocolate.
