Indicator sweet mead is probably the most popular version of mead globally and is often served at medieval festivals. It will generally represent your expectations of what mead tastes like. Only honey, water and yeast are used in making this, although some versions can contain additional tannins from wood or teas. This traditional sweet mead has a dominant sherry nose, with beautiful floral aromas. Expect a warm, balanced and buttery rich honey taste on the palate. Made for those that enjoy the sweeter things in life.
