Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of ripe apple, fruit, skin. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, appley, rum cask, wood, vanilla, with some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying rum barrel finish. Nicely drinkable.

11/9/2025. From BIAB at the 2025 Chappel Summer Beer & Cider Festival. Pale pour. Drying. Very light woody, vanilla, rummy notes. Nicely drinkable.
