Gold and bright. Bretty with light smoke. Fairly acidic on the palate with light brett. Mellow smoke. Decent.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of brett, soft smokiness, whispy wheat, and a touch of wood. Flavour is on the acidic side for the style, with plenty of wild yeast, bretty funk, gentle smoke, and a soft wheaty character. There’s some wood felt too, and it finishes acidic and lightly smoky. Fun take on the style.

Bottle pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Light smoke on the nose; a bit like bacon. Flavour has very light smoke, gentle acidity; coming across a bit wild. Seems well-made, but I'm not too sold.
