Reddish-brown colour. Light acetic, balsamic aroma. Some cherry fruit notes on the plate. Tart, woody, with blueberry towards the finish. Not bad Flemish red.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice woody barrel character, gentle balsamic, some funk, and tart red fruits. Flavour is somewhat sharp in acidity, with balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and a touch of barrel. A bit too acidic but has some depth. Pleasant.

Bottle pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours clear burgundy with a beige head. Dried fruits and gentle balsamic on the nose. Flavour has lots of dried dark fruits and berries, nice level of tartness, a bit leathery. Nice.
