Hazy pale, light peach. Grapefruit on the palate, with herbaceous gin barrel. Soft body, balanced, and a bit yeasty.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has light pineapple, some gin botanical, dry wheat, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is dry, with plenty of dry gin botanical, gentle pineapple, soft wheat, and hay. Nothing harsh but it still seems a bit lacking in cohesion and depth. Okay.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025. Pours murky pale blonde with a white head. Stale armpits on the nose. Flavour has watered down pineapple, some armpits. Almost no carbonation. Hard to enjoy this one.
