Hophaus is a 5.8% ABV dry hopped wheat beer and has flavours of citrus, lime zest, and banana cream pie. Mash hopped with local Cascade, then dry hopped with Peacharine and Motueka after fermenting with a blend of yeasts to create a colourful beer!

We put something tasty together with our pals at Switzer’s House of Beer! We’ve been friends with Sean and Chantelle of Switzer’s (and Mallard’s Milk Bar) long before we started small businesses down the street from one another, so it’s always a treat when we get to come together and collaborate!
This beer was as much fun to brew as it is to drink - we threw a number of technical processes at this beer that made for an interesting brew day as well as an intricate beer.
