Four Star Fresh Hop Cascade is a wet-hopped Tree House pilsner brewed with pale malts and freshly harvested Cascade hops grown and cared for by our friends at Four Star Farms in Massachusetts. It’s an honor to utilize such a famous varietal while showcasing the nuance of our local terroir.

The hops were added to the beer just a few hours after being harvested, which imbues their full lupulin potential atop this crisp lager. This beer pops with notes of sugared pomelo, pine resin, pink grapefruit candies, and floral spice .
