1/7/2026. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Lively pour. Pulpy apple aroma. Hedgerow. Tannic, drying, leathery. Foamy. Some light tartness. Quite likeable.

500ml bottle from the Old Chapel Cidery, Ford & Etal Estate. Orangey golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of stewed apple, ripe fruit, funk hint. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, with leathery funk, alittle skin & core, and drying juicy bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
