Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 02/12/2025.
Murky orange topped with a lasting frothy white head.
Nose is stone fruit, bitter orange, Nelson whisper, dank chimes, grass.
Taste comprises orange pith, lychee, hint of white grape, pine nibble, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA.

Can from Drankenspeciaalzaak Jelle, Leeuwarden. Grassy dankish NZ hop, some Nelson grape, lemon. Medium bitter, dry finish. Medium body. Starts out well but gets a bit hopburn-y.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Millie golden body with a thick white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple and lemon sponge. Flavour of floral hops and dried grass. Medium body with a sour mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A solid NEIPA, with higher bitterness than most.

25th October 2025
Can. Hazy yellow gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light bodied smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. Rounded and mild savoury skunk. A reasonably bright Nelson grape tone, certainly by 2025 standards, which for me, has been the best for yonks. Modest but bright citrus. Rakau exotics on the back end. Good hop forward IPA, as always from the ever reliable Azvex. Don't think the hops completely sing together here but, that is a bit of a bit of a nit pick.

Canned 220825. Murky yellow colour, small white head and some lace. Danky, grass, juicy aroma. Medium-bodied. Grass, dry leaves, grapefruit and some juicyness. Lives everything half way. But okish.

Head soon reduced to white rim over fully hazy pale yellow beer. Asafoetida, lupulin, dark green vegetables (lambs' lettuce?), bit of felt, Irish moss. Fruity, fresh flavour with a present but not overwhelming bitterness, ever so slightly metallic. Again some asafoetida, further citrus peel, grapefruit. Very slick to oily, good carbonation; at least medium bodied. Long lasting flavours. Quite good IPA!
