Sampled at Billies day 1. Dark unclear black color, average sized beige head. Aroma is sour red fruit. Flavor is cherries, cherry stone, sourness, tart, wood. Hmm not my thing. 8-6,5-5-6-6

Clear deep ruby red to purple beer, creamy dense off-white head, unstable. Aroma: very oxidized, earthy, leather, forest floor, tobacco leaves, soft roast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, dry, acidic, lemony, vinegar, a bit dirty. Aftertaste: dry, funky, earthy, lemony, meh, too much vinegar, too acidic to my liking.

A clear dark reddish brown beer with a white lacing. Aroma of lactic red fruits, berries, grapes. Taste of sour red grapes, cherries, lactic fruits, brett.
