[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A golden amber pour with loose cream head; straightforward malty aroma; malty taste cut through with hedgerow berries and hops giving a grassy bitterness and some blackberry; then a dry finish with a touch of pepper. A sound traditional bitter.
