We wanted a nice, dark beer in the middle of winter when it was cold and wet. Now that it's warmed up (but not dried out) it's finally here. Everything you want in the middle of winter, now available in spring.

Coming after Ocho's Old Dreadful, this suggests someone should try to introduce Tasmanians to the concept of time. Can. Very dark brown, a 1/2 cm beige head hangs around as a coat. Shyish singed caramel and spice aroma, some mocha and nut skins. More presence in the taste with mocha, roast, spices and firm bitterness - yet everything has room to move. Dangerously swiggable.
