4 oz pour on draft at Beltway Brewing. Clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, spice, funk, citrus. Tastes of citrus, herbs, floral notes. Light body with a dry finish.

At Folksbier bottle: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is hay, funk, light fruitiness. Taste has a dry Belgian bitterness. Low sweetness. Very dry. Light fruit... but not really. Some grass.

Draft at Salud. Slightly hazy golden yellow color. Aroma of peppery haystacks. Taste is bitter straw, light funk. Very nice.

Draught @ Owl Farm. Slightly cloudy pale yellow very small frothy off-white head, floral aroma with a hint of apples and mango, medium carbonation, medium bitter taste with a bit of tartness, thin smooth body, long finish. Very nice brew

Hazed yellow smallish head. Nose is light yeast and grass. Tastes grassy, florals, white pepper, earthy, pears. Crisp and semi bitter. Not bad

Draft a RnH - West. Clear pour. Aroma is very light with some grassy hops. Not much of a yeast presence for a Saison, just light and mild with a hoppy note.
