On tap at Cyprez Roma, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, bright citrus hops, and gentle grains. Flavour has rustic saison yeast, some citrusy hops, and a dry biscuity malt base. Rustic, gently hoppy, clean saison. Real nice.

On tap at Cyprez - Roma. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Bright pine and saison yeast on the nose. Flavour has dry, rustic saison yeast and a dry grassy pine character. Good base saison that's well-hopped. Nice.

Keg at Cyprez Roma Tap Room, Mexico City. Clear golden, firm mid sized head. Grassy marzipan aroma. Mid sweet with solid body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bready firm malt. Spicy marzipan and honeyed bread. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and soft.
