We took all the use crisp tropical vibes you love in Okanagan Sav Blanc, co-fermented with wine yeast and hazy IPA yeast, then cranked it up with a heavy dose of NZ Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Hazy, medium head. Bright orangey hop nose, subtle sauvignon grape. Fresh, lots of bitterness, again citrus, juicy, only light vinous character. Clean pale malt. This is really good.

On tap at Another Beer Co, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma some muddled earthy hops, light oats, a hint of vinous character, and light citrus. Flavour is a bit jumbled, with too much of the hazy base poking through—muddled earthy hops, yeast soup—with very minor grape must character. Not getting a huge expression of the NZ hops. It’s subtle and appreciable as such, but I’m not overly impressed with the sum of the elements.
