Opaque, nice clean brett no the nose. Soft body. Gentle brett character. Creamy, and quite good.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a cloudy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma has no notice of the berries, just lots of brett that has taken over, gentle peppery character, and rustic notes. Nice rustic and brett character that has apparently taken over the fruits. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Bottle Fest 2025. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Rustic yeast on the nose. Flavour has a nice rustic yeast character, gentle herbal fruitiness, light sourness. Nice.
